Sept. 5   Bake on the Lake™ - Fair Haven Labor Day Clambake at Colloca Estate Winery Saturday, September 5, 2015 (12 – 6 pm)
Our end of Summer party features a traditional New York Style Clambake with a Raw Bar, Steamers, BBQ Chicken, Italian Sausage, Salt Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, and Salad all you can eat. We’ll have live music all afternoon for this Bayside bash. Pre-sale tickets, and Beer and Wine available.

Harvest Festival at Colloca Estate Winery

Saturday, October 3, 2015 (12 pm – 9 pm)
FUN. FOOD. WINE. The public is invited to have their hand in picking grapes, enjoy estate tours, and wine and dine at Colloca Estate’s Harvest Festival, Saturday, October 11, 2011 in Fair Haven, New York. Admission is Free to the public.

The fun begins in the early morning beginning Saturday with an introduction to harvesting by CEO/Owner, Dr. Chris Colloca. Afterwards you and your group promenade off in Colloca Estate’s Lake Effect Vineyard® to pick the highest quality grapes that are used to make its award-winning wine. You may even break into a Sicilian song! After the grapes are picked it is time to celebrate with wine tastings and food offered all afternoon, with the Tasting Room being open from 11 am to 6 pm.

Estate Tours will be given of the 100 acre property promptly at 1 pm and 3 pm where tastings of Colloca wines will be conducted both in the vineyard and along the Estate’s 900 feet of pristine waterfront. Live music, food, and vendors will keep the Harvest Festival going all afternoon long. Festival Activities Include:

Morning Harvest Grape picking
Try your hand at harvesting grapes from the vines and tell your friends you’re a winemaker! Simply show up at 8 am for the harvest debriefing and the fun begins immediately after.

Estate Tours & Wine Tastings
Beginning in the vineyard, and continuing through the property, guests will get a behind-the-scenes look at the 100 acre waterfront estate and learn about the Lake Effect from the Great Lake Ontario. Owner, Dr. Chris Colloca will also explain the winemaking process from vineyard to glass. By appointment, 1 pm and 3 pm. $10 and includes a commemorative wine glass

Music, Food, and Vendors
Enjoy live music from 2-6 pm and, fantastic food that pairs with Colloca wines all afternoon. You can also visit our vendors displaying their local wares as you relax and enjoy the day. We even have pumpkin carvings for the kids.

Colloca Estate is located just off Rt. 104A on West Bay Road in the Village of Fair Haven and Town of Sterling, just an hour’s drive from Syracuse and Rochester.

Experience the beauty of our area through the eyes of our local artists as you visit our Art Show and our various art and artisan galleries! Shop in our antique shops, gift shops, and galleries; taste our locally grown products from apples at Ontario Orchards, to cider at the Cidery, maple syrup and honey at Hardware Café, cookies at Fly-by-Night Cookie Co.; and end your time on the trail with wine at Colloca Estate Winery.

Pick up your Event Punch Card and details at any of the participating locations below. All fully punched Event Cards will be entered to win a Leaf Peeper Trail Gift Basket, with goods from all of our participating locations!

Work by local artists will be on display at three locations along the trail, in the 1st Annual Sterling Art Show. Ribbons will be awarded to artists in each category, as well as a People’s Choice Award, at the Artists’ Reception, held at the Fair Haven Arts Center, 562 Main St., from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. on Sunday. The drawing for the Leaf Peeper Gift Basket will be held here at 4 p.m.

Christmas Tree Lighting: Fair Haven Village Park at 7:00 PM

Join Santa, Mrs. Claus and Buddy the Elf as they spread Christmas cheer in the Village. There will be singing of Christmas Carols, drawings for prizes and a punch and cookie reception at the Fire Hall. The event is sponsored by the Fair Haven Area Chamber of Commerce.

Saturday, July 4, 2015 (6 – 11 pm) We’ve got the perfect place to park and venue for you to enjoy Fair Haven’s July 4th Celebration on our 103-acre estate. Come and enjoy our waterfront to watch the Fair Haven Ring of Fire and Fireworks display. You will enjoy food, wine, beer and the phenomenal sounds of the Bilionaires. Tickets - $10 per car. Music begins at 6 pm, Ring of Fire at 9 pm, Fireworks at 10 pm.

We have many exhibits in our Little Red School House Museum, including early industries, a barber shop, the Civil War, antique quilts and more. We provide museum tours for school children and other groups.

August 22nd   Pirate Fest Come party like a Pirate or walk the plank! You don't want to miss it, as pirates take over our village! Breakfast with Capt'n Tor 9 am - 11ish at Turtle Cove. August 23   Lake Ontario Wine Festival™
Sunday, August 23, 2015 (12 – 9 pm) Colloca Estate Winery will host seven other wineries from the Lake Ontario Wine Trail affording you the opportunity to sample and enjoy wines from our region all in one place. We’ll have vendors and jazz with the incredibly talented Nancy Kelly for your enjoyment.
