Colloca Estate Winery Fireworks Party with the Billionaires: We have the perfect venue to enjoy Fair Haven's July 4th Celebration. You'll have front row seats along the 900 feet of Colloca Estate Waterfront for the Ring of Fire and Fireworks along with the rockin' sounds of of the Billionaires all evening long! Food, Beer and Wine will be available for purchase. Feel free to ringyour own lawn chairs, or blanket for the fireworks (sorry, no coolersare allowed), and seating will be on a first come, first served basis. Gates open at 11 am; Music starts at 7 pm; Ring of Fire at 9 pm; Fireworks at 10 pm; Music Continues after the Fireworks untilmidnight. Admission is FREE. Parking is $10 after 7 pm after the band starts. Sorry, no coolers or alcoholic beverages may be brought on property as per New York State law.

Fair Haven Bay Fest: Paella on the Baya at Colloca Estate Winery: Upstate New York's Best Summer Bash is on the waterfront in Fair Haven on Saturday, July 9, 2016. Come by Land or by Sea and celebrate summer with us at our 8th Annual Spanish themed party, Paella on the Bay-a at Colloca Estate Winery in Fair Haven, NY. All are invited and this event is open to the public. Feast on traditional meat and seafood paellas cooked throughout the afternoon over open flames in 3-foot monster pans overlooking the magnificent panoramic views of our Little Sodus Bay on the Great Lake Ontario. You'll enjoy sangria, wine slushies, our award-wining estate wines and cold NYS craft beers with along the rockin' sounds of live music all afternoon and evening. 12 pm to 11 pm; Paella Served from 1-6 pm or until gone.

LIVE MUSIC with the Tom Barnes Band from 1-5 pm and Oswego's own Off the Reservation from 6-10 pm. PAELLA - Seafood (Lobster, Claims, Mussels, Shrimp, $12/plate), Meat (Chicken, Sausage, and Pork, $10/plate), and Vegetarian Paellas ($10/plate) will be available for your enjoyment. BEVERAGES - Wine, Beer, and Sangria and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for sale in our beverage tents. This is a licensed event with the NYS Liquor Authority. |August 27th||Lake Ontario Food and Wine Festival: Foodies and Wine Lovers Unite on Saturday, Aug. 27th for the Lake Ontario Food and Wine Festival at Colloca Estate Winery in Fair Haven, New York. Join us for a day of great food and wine overlooking Fair Haven Bay along the 900' of unobstructed waterfront that the Estate has to offer. Wineries, Cideries, and a Distillery from the Lake Ontario Wine Trail will convene at Colloca Estate Winery providing you with the opportunity to sample our local wines, craft ciders and spirits. Specialty dishes will be prepared to accompany the wines including: Fish or Shrimp Tacos with citrus aoli, Colloca Wine-marinated, Chicken, Beef, and Lamb Kebabs, Slow Roasted Pork Belly with Apple Slaw, Braised Teriaki Sweet and Sour Duck Wings, Steak Sandwich on Ciabatta with Chipotle Mayo, and more, just to name a few. Harvest Festival at Colloca Estate Winery
Saturday, October 3, 2015 (12 pm – 9 pm)
The fun begins in the early morning beginning Saturday with an introduction to harvesting by CEO/Owner, Dr. Chris Colloca. Afterwards you and your group promenade off in Colloca Estate’s Lake Effect Vineyard® to pick the highest quality grapes that are used to make its award-winning wine. You may even break into a Sicilian song! After the grapes are picked it is time to celebrate with wine tastings and food offered all afternoon, with the Tasting Room being open from 11 am to 6 pm.
Estate Tours will be given of the 100 acre property promptly at 1 pm and 3 pm where tastings of Colloca wines will be conducted both in the vineyard and along the Estate’s 900 feet of pristine waterfront. Live music, food, and vendors will keep the Harvest Festival going all afternoon long. Festival Activities Include:

Winter Festival Progressive Dinner & Dance: Four Courses at Four Fair Haven Eateries. Enjoy Wine Tasting & Appetizers at Colloca Estate; Soup & Salad at Turtle Cove Resort; Entrée at The Village Grill of Fair Haven; and Desserts by Fly-By-Night Cookie Co.
After dinner, enjoy an evening of dancing at Sabin Hall at Fair Haven Beach State Park from 7 - 10:30 p.m. Live music and refreshments provided. Bring your dancing shoes and dance the night away to the high-energy intoxicating brew of sound that is Grupo Pagan (www.grupopagan.com).
Dance-only tickets are $10, or just $40 for the combo ticket. Tickets are available online, at Savannah Bank in Fair Haven, from participating businesses, or by calling Kera at 315-702-4653. Dinner tickets must be purchased in advance, but Dance-only tickets will be available at the door or at the Winter Festival during the day.

|May 20||Fair Haven Arts Center opens season with Student Art Show: Featuring the work of local high school art students from Red Creek and Cato-Meridian. The May 20th event will begin at the 1864 House (562 Main Street) with a membership meeting from 4-5pm followed by the artist reception from 5-7p.m. The reception is open to the public and will include light refreshments as well as music by Kara Burgess who operates the Music for Me studio at the 1864 House. The exhibit will be open for two weeks on Saturdays from 10-3 and Sundays 12-3 through May 29.
